職位描述，工作職責(zé)Responsibilities：

1、能夠全英文授課，并保證教學(xué)質(zhì)量；

Can teach in English and ensure the quality of instruction.

2、能夠在外教課堂中擔(dān)任助教工作；

Can work as a teaching assistant for the foreign teachers.

3、能夠熟練操作辦公軟件，獨(dú)立制作教學(xué)課件；

Proficiency in office software, and capable of independently designing courseware.

4、能夠通過電話教學(xué)、日常溝通等方式對學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)效果進(jìn)行跟蹤，為家長提供優(yōu)秀的教學(xué)售后服務(wù)；

Track students’ learning progress through telephone teaching, daily communication, and so on. Provide parents with excellent teaching service.

5、能夠進(jìn)行教室和教具的日常維護(hù)和管理；

Do the routine maintenance and management of classrooms and teaching aids.

入職要求Entry requirements：

1、大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷；（英語專業(yè)、教育專業(yè)、有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或海外留學(xué)經(jīng)歷者可適當(dāng)放寬）

University degree or above; (English, Education, relevant work experience or study abroad experience may be relaxed)

2、口語標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、地道；較強(qiáng)的讀寫能力；

Standard oral English, strong literacy;

3、熱愛兒童和英語教育事業(yè)；

Loves children, and having an English educational career;

4、樂于接受全新的教育理念和教學(xué)模式；

Willing to accept new ideas of education and modes of teaching
